The Cameroonian National Oratory Team
Who we are…
The Oratory National Team of Cameroon brings together the cream of the Cameroonian speakers in all categories: pen, junior, senior and master. They are rigorously selected from debate and speech clubs, then trained, for an international enrollment in all language corridors. The contract within the ENO-Cameroon is for one (01) year renewable as long as the speaker fits the pre-selection conditions in his category.
In August 2009, Dschang was founded one of the first speaking societies on the African continent, the Cameroon Debate Association (CDA). It is the umbrella forum for debate and speech in Cameroon.
In December 2010 in Gabarone (Botswana), with formerly French-speaking Rwanda, Cameroon is the first country in French-speaking Africa to formally participate in the world’s largest academic competition for debate and eloquence, WUDC.
